Best Citrus Pregnancy Tea: Earth Mama Organic Peaceful Mama Tea Bags for Pregnancy and Beyond

After testing a dozen different teas for pregnancy, we think Earth Mama’s Organic Tea is the best citrus tea. It won kudos for flavor, which is a blend of chamomile, lemon, oatstraw, orange peel and red raspberry leaf.

What We Liked

• Caffeine free.

• Organic.

• No GMO’s.

• Individually wrapped.

• Good flavor, especially if you are a fan of citrus flavored tea!

Best Sweet Pregnancy Tea: Pink Stork Labor Prep Tea

If you prefer sweet tea, we’d recommend Pink Stork Labor Prep Tea. We tried out several sweet pregnancy floral teas and there was a clear winner: Pink Stork. It had the best flavor, with a touch of sweetness.

What We Liked

• Sweetened with stevia.

• Organic.

• No GMO’s.

• Combination of chamomile flower, red raspberry leaf and oatstraw leaf.

• Unsweetened version also available.

What Needs Work

• Not everyone likes the flavor. A handful of testers thought this tea was too sweet.

• 30 servings assumes using each tea bag twice. Lots of folks don’t like to do that—where exactly do you put a half-used tea bag?

Best Raspberry Pregnancy Tea: Traditional Medicinals Organic Pregnancy Women’s Tea

We tried out several raspberry pregnancy teas before deciding Traditional Medicinals Organic Pregnancy tea had the best flavor profile. There is also a hint of spearmint, which we thought was soothing.

What We Liked

 No GOM’s.

• Kosher.

• Caffeine free.

• Individually wrapped.
