When it comes to rainbow-themed party decor, there are two basic choices: primary colors or pastels.

When we tried out several packs of party decorations to find the best bets, we noticed that some rainbow party decorations are designed more as backdrops—that’s great for photos. Other packs were more general decor (pom poms, banners, etc).
